ARCHICAD (R) monthly subscription offer a low-cost way to get started with BIM and ARCHICAD. It include ARCHICAD full commercial license, unlimited access to GRAPHISOFT BIM CLASSES (EDUBIM) and it allows you to cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your license will remain active until the end of your billing period.

With the rental option you can buy a license for a certain time period (1, 3, 6 months). Within the purchased time period you can use ARCHICAD without any limitation e.g. running multiple sessions all day. The usage of this starts when you first start ARCHICAD using a rental license – so not on the day when you purchase it.

Software Service Agreement

To help you get the most out of your investment, and to stay on top of changes in our industry, GRAPHISOFT has developed the Software Service Agreement (SSA). This comes along with the license and license upgrades. Benefits of SSA Free upgrade of the Product ArchiCAD to the latest version, LPM Insurance, Additional Products and other products to ArchiCAD at promotional terms and so on.

The Software Service Agreement aims to provide the client the following services and products included in the monthly subscription (depending on the option chosen).

  • ArchiCAD Product version upgrade

  • Replacement insurance for both hardware protection key (HPK) and software protection key (SPK)

  • Online technical support: from GSSA during business hours 8:00 am – 4:30am.

  • Smart-XA Tool suite for ArchiCAD. www.smart-xa.co.za

  • Training Seminar: Attendance 2x two day seminars per annum (CPD Accredited)
